About Keri
Keri has lived in Mansfield most of her life. She graduated in 1999 from St. Peter’s High School and furthered her education at Xavier University in Cincinnati. She graduated in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in communications.
After meeting her husband, Frank Nemeth III, who is a residential real estate investor, she quickly recognized her passion for all things involving homes – history, architecture, character, and interior design. Not only will she work with clients to find or sell a home, she possesses a sharp eye for design and can help clients see the possibilities and potential in a home.
Keri is highly motivated, has a strong work ethic, and will treat every client with honesty and respect. Keri has earned the Presidential Sales Award two years in a row by building many new relationships in the community & helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. She looks forward to many more.
Keri is a mother of two and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, good BBQ food, and antiquing.

There isn’t enough space in a Google review to talk about how amazing Keri Nemeth is as a realtor. I started looking for my first home back in 2020 and when I was looking for realtors, Keri came highly recommended. I was told that she would be an advocate for what I wanted in a house and that she would never pressure me to make an offer on something I wasn’t sure about, and both of those qualities were very apparent through this whole process. I’m sure my standards and wishes for a home would make some of the folks on house-hunting shows look tame and practical by comparison, but Keri never wavered in helping me to find what I needed. Her support, professionalism, and practicality kept me from spinning off into stressful and unrealistic situations. She also had a great knack for remembering the many nuances of my likes and dislikes, making sure to review the house from top to bottom with me, so that I was aware of how each aspect of the houses I viewed did or didn’t meet what I wanted. She understood every advantage and limitation with my situation, from budget to home maintenance skills, and helped me to tailor what I wanted to all of that list. I would recommend Keri as a realtor regardless of whether you’re buying your first home or your 10th home, but I especially recommend her for first-time home buyers, because she will put you completely at ease for what can be an incredibly stressful process. I’m writing this review while relaxing in my new home that was well worth the wait, and I cannot stress enough how vital Keri Nemeth was in bringing me to this point.
