Courtney Bradley is proud to be a homegrown agent.
“I absolutely love this area and know the neighborhoods and towns like the back of my hand,” Courtney said. “I just love that small-town feeling you get here. I really enjoy going to all the different local festivals. It’s just a great place to live.”
Courtney’s passion for North Central Ohio is also undoubtedly an asset that makes her an incredible agent.
With her impeccable organization, drive, determination, love for people, and great communication, getting into real estate truly seemed like the perfect fit.
“I’ve always loved watching HGTV and checking out unique properties, and admiring the different characteristics of different houses,” she said.
The ability to also have much-wanted time with her close-knit family sealed the deal for this Ontario mom of two.
Courtney said she received a lot of guidance through her cousin, Tyler, and jumped in head first. In addition to real estate, she loves baking and getting creative with her Cricut.
Courtney and her husband, Aaron, have a daughter, Addysen, 12, and a son, Cole, 3.
“We really enjoy watching our daughter play soccer,” Courtney said. “She’s in the 7th grade, so she plays for Ontario Youth Sports. My husband and his father are really into antiques, so every Friday, my husband and I go garage sailing and look for them. That’s totally our time and our thing and I love that.”
