Sandy’s passion for real estate began when she became a loan originator in 1988. She decided after 1 year she had more interest in helping clients buy and sell real estate, therefore obtaining her Real Estate license in 1989.
Sandy’s experience as a loan originator provides her with the expertise and knowledge that her clients need in order to make sound financial decisions when buying or selling their homes. She has also earned her Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SRF) designation. This certification gives Sandy the framework for understanding how to direct distressed sellers to finance, tax and legal professionals, negotiate with lenders and a variety of other skills to help the process move more smoothly.
Sandy as also obtained her e-PRO® certification from the National Association of Realtors which gained her knowledge and expertise in social media marketing and technologies as well as e-office strategies to help her run her business more efficiently.
As a proud mother of her adult children and grandchildren for which she adores, Sandy understands life sometimes throws us curves, but her patience, understanding, and service will make even the toughest real estate situations seem smooth.
