Bobbi Buzzard offers plenty of personal experience in the moving world!  Raised as an Air Force Brat in Alaska, Bobbi has made many moves to many homes throughout her life until she finally settled in the Richland County area 26 years ago.  Blending that experience with the last 15 years of real estate experience is part of what makes Bobbi a successful top-notch real estate professional.  

Bobbi has a vast inventory of listings with a larger percentage of foreclosure properties than most agents. These properties often involve a great amount of detail which gives her extensive knowledge of HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac properties.  She understands the lengthy processes, strict policies, and correct procedures that must be fulfilled to sell and purchase these types of properties.  Therefore, communication is Bobbi’s priority.  Her dedication and honesty speak for themselves while her reputation depends on it.

Her ability to utilize these skills has proven to be effective.  She has been Sluss Realty’s Top Listing Agent 6 times in the past 12 months and earned Top Selling Agent for the 2nd year in a row!

On a personal note,  when Bobbi has a moment to stop and relax, you will find her making a quilt or enjoying family time. She has 3 sons that were raised in the Ontario area with one who has chosen to serve in the Navy.
