About Kim
Ever since I was a child, real estate intrigued me as I would go to work often with my dad and grandpa while they were building houses to sell, and my mom was working at Mansfield Tire. I grew up with a mother and a father who were a perfect team in marriage and business. My dad encouraged my mom to get her real estate license and work with him. He, in turn, got his real estate license too. My dad’s knowledge of building really helped my mom. I was often torn between following their path or making my own. I decided to first follow my passion for teaching and maybe eventually pursue real estate.
It then came sooner, rather than later . . . when my dad became ill and my mom needed my help. I immediately obtained my real estate license and started my career to primarily help my family get through this difficult time, and it has turned out to also be something that I knew I had always loved.
My background in education has helped me develop great communication skills and given me an understanding of the importance of listening to my client’s needs and giving them the service they want and deserve. I have learned so many things from having the opportunity to grow up with a builder as a dad and work beside my mom, and I am grateful that I can share those skills with my clients.
It is as important to me that you find your dream property as it is to you, and it’s even more important to me that you have the best experience.
